Late Arrivals & No-Shows:

If you are 10 mins late or more to your appointment, your service may not be able to be accomodated fully, or may require an alternative appointment depending on how late and the service required. 

If you fail to show for an appointment on x2 occasions you will be required to pay a deposit for future appointments and if future occurrences take place then the full amount for a service is required prior to a service. A no show fee may also occur. 

Cancellations:

It is kindly requested that a 48hr notice period is given to cancel appointments.

It is appreciated extenuating circumstances can occur and grace will be given to these occurrences. 

If cancelled within this time frame a fee may occur if the slot is unable to be filled. 

 

Service Guarantee & Refunds:

At Hair Hideawayhh we are committed to providing services with a high standard of care for your hair. If you unfortunately are not satisfied with your results we ask that you are open and honest with your stylist to allow any changes to be made.

Refunds are not provided at Hair Hideaway, but if a further service is required this will be accommodated by Hair Hideaway. 

 

Health History & Confidentiality:

We ask that you provide an accurate history of your health information on consultation forms to ensure safe and appropriate care is taken during your appointment. This information will be kept confidential between you and the stylist. 

 

Client Behaviour:

The salon reserves the right to refuse service to clients who are aggressive, harassing, or threatening towards staff or other clients. 

Professional Boundaries:

At Hair Hideaway we aim to provide you with a comfortable, relaxed, professional service. We ask that you maintain appropriate conduct during your appointment in respect of others who may be present. We discourage swearing, gossiping and negativity talking of others. This is a positive space and want it to be comfortable for all. 

Health and Safety:

Hair Hideaway adheres to Health and safety standards, such as protecting clothing, overall hygiene and cleanliness, clean equipment and all products used are within EU safety law for use. Products are stored away from access and under health and safety guidelines. 

Changes to Service:

If a service needs changed or altered in any way, notice will be given as soon as this is the case.

 

Other policys

The salon is breastfeeding friendly and will accommodate nursing mothers. 

Children can attend if necessary but please be mindful if it is a lengthy service and children are of a young age this may interrupt or limit your service. I will accommodate as best I can in these circumstances, I kindly ask you let me know so I can adjust your appointment as required. It is the parents responsibility regarding their child's wellbeing/ behaviour and not the salons.

The salon is petite so I do ask If you can it is preferred you attend your appointment alone unless you require assistance/ support. Please advise if I can make any adjustments for your needs.
